In the Torah in general,

and in the Written Torah in particular,

every word and even every letter is exact and calculated.

Many laws are derived from individual words or even from individual letters of the Torah.

Nevertheless, in the portions Vayakhel and Pekudei the detailed description of the vessels of the Mishkan and the priestly garments is repeated,

which were already described once in minute detail in the portions Terumah and Tetzaveh.
