Blessing of the Rebbe shlita

To the shluchim shlita traveling to the large yeshivos in:

In the morning after the Torah reading, Tuesday of Parshas Tazria-Metzora,

the 26th of Nissan 5742

May the Almighty help each one of you and all together,

to fulfill the general mission of every Jew,

of "I was created to serve my Maker"¹²,

and the general mission especially of the students of the yeshivos of the Rebbe, my father-in-law,

whose special mission is "lamps to illuminate",

to illuminate with "a mitzvah is a lamp and Torah is light"³,

beginning with oneself,

and then also spreading this to every place one can reach,

and with joy and a good heart,

and in a manner of increasing ever more.

Now this also includes the matter of spreading the wellsprings,

which is a matter that is dependent on the time⁴ — to hasten the coming of the King Moshiach speedily in our actual days.

This also has a connection to the weekly portion,

Parshas Tazria

(with the second portion),

which begins⁵:

"When a woman conceives and gives birth to a male"⁶.

The explanation of this:

When there is an arousal from below,

then "she gives birth to a male",

for "a man's way is to conquer"⁷,

to take hold of oneself,

one's own four cubits,

to take hold of one's portion in the world,

and combining everything

(all the powers of everyone)

together — to take hold of the entire world,

that it should be a dwelling place for Him, blessed be He, in the lower realms,

immediately now in the last days of exile,

and this should be a close preparation,

that one should see this openly,

how "the kingdom will be Hashem's"⁸,

"every creature shall know that You have made it"⁹ throughout the entire world,

with the coming of Moshiach our righteousness,

when "all flesh together shall see that the mouth of Hashem has spoken"¹⁰,

"and Hashem shall be King over all the earth; on that day Hashem shall be One and His Name One"¹¹,

as I am written so I am called¹²,

speedily in our actual days.

To connect this with a matter of "Zion shall be redeemed through justice and her captives through charity"¹³ — each of you will be given:

¹) the general letters,

in which are noted several matters in Torah and in the laws of the Torah,

"justice" of the Torah¹⁴

("through justice shall be redeemed").

And also (²)

a dollar for charity,

and when each of you arrives at his place — give it to him

(or its equivalent)

with an addition — for a matter of charity.

The Rebbe shlita gave to each of the shluchim shlita:

Likkutei Sichos, general letters for the Pesach holiday, and a dollar bill.

Afterwards he said:

Travel in good health,

and may there be good tidings in the revealed good in both physicality and spirituality together.
